601 Cramer Way - UNA

Completed in 1930, 601 Cramer Way has long stood as the administrative heart of the University of North Alabama. For decades, the building has welcomed generations of students, faculty, and visitors as the home of the University’s senior leadership and administrative offices. Positioned at the entrance to Harrison Plaza, ir remains one of the campus’s most recognizable landmarks.

The building was originally named Bibb Graves Hall in honor of Alabama Governor David Bibb Graves, whose commitment to public education helped secure one of the largest education budgets in the state’s history. His support for higher education left a lasting impact on colleges and universities across Alabama, including UNA.

Standing just steps aways from Wesleyan Hall, Rogers Hall, and the lion habitat, 601 Cramer Way represents more than administrative offices – it symbolizes the leadership, vision, and tradition, that have guided the University of North Alabama for nearly a century. For countless students, it has been the place where their UNA journey officially began.
